Could you tell us about your experience at A&F? I've just applied for a model, impact, cashier or stylist position
Most people laugh when I say that I work at A&F, but I am sort of proud that I work there. I have gained so many friends with my coworkers and with regular customers. You will be forced to develop people skills and cooperation.
I am a model which means I deal with the customers face to face (such as register or floor helper). It is completely overwhelming at times; I have worked Black Friday, Christmas Eve, the day after Christmas, and New Years Eve.
I absolutely love my manager and coworkers, and I love going to work. You will be folding a lotttttt of clothes no matter what position you applied for so make sure you have that down to the T. There are a lot of technical terms and policies that you will have to follow (such as standardizing, the AAA’s, and greetings) - just make sure you always put the customer first with a smile on your face.
That all sounds really cheesy, but A&F is a great place to work. I am immune to the smell and loud music by now, so it takes a while to get used to. Hope this helps!
